You're welcome rocky12. This is just not a book to read, but something to practice and apply every single day over a lifetime. By the way, I've found another video, which is an excerpt of a kid's show, but brilliantly summarizes the 7 chakras, which of course includes the Solar Plexus.





The exercises given on this book are not difficult to do. So, I will tr my best and make commitment to doing it everyday. I know I have a long way to go, but it looks like...it's really worth it. I know this is just one of the chakras, but making this a starting point to unlocking the others is worth the effort. This is not about being martial arts master, but I believed the business moguls are harnessing these energy centers either consciously or subconsciously.

I hope you do the same...those who downloaded this book. It may not seem appear practical, but if you've read other books like Think and Grow Rich, there are instructions on that book appear to be impractical, but really helpful if one push through it.

There's a lot going on in a body that most don't know about. A physical body has over 100 trillion cells and is replacing about 50 billion cells everyday. Almost all of it is running on automatic.

There's a lot of capabilities that science is now learning about the body that most still don't know about. It's like a super advanced Bio-Logic device and can somewhat be compared to a modern laptop with wifi built in, sending and receiving information automatically.

People like Edgar Cayce tried to explain it using old archaic language, the bible too, the mystics too. All religions of the world that claim there's one supreme creator has tried to explain it.

We have to learn to stop destroying ourselves, whole planets have been destroyed, Atlantis lost over the self destruction. There's evidence of nuclear explosions on our planet over 200,000 years ago.

This is where people like Edgar Cayce are exceptional because they have/had access to records that go back billions of years ago, about who we are and how we came to be and the history before that.

Edgar Cayce claims the purpose for all of this is the desire for companionship. Which started before the God of the bible were written about. It's a long story and I don't have time to write about it. I'll write about and make it freely available to BBHF in some form. I will give a few sentances.

In the beginning before physical matter existed, there was One Great Spirit and nothing else and in order to have companship it moved and cast out from itself two Spirits (sort of like an amoeba), this would be the Father and Spirit of the bible, those two moved and breathed in unison and called forth another Spirit, which we named LIGHT, more Spirits came out, of which you (your Spirit) are one of those, later those Spirits were given Souls and later Physical Bodies. The rest is is in the religions of the world.

There is a nod to this One Great Spirit in the bible, the name El, as in Micha El, Isra El, Rapha El, Gabri El, all the God/s or Spirits are one and your Spirit is one of those. Today we seem to be far removed from those earlier times but built within the physical body are all the tools needed to return to oneness. Learning to use those tools is a skill. Learn the skill and you're in like Flynn, if I can be hunorous about it...
