Here it is, the latest Shopify theme by Ezra Firestone, it’s optimized for maximum conversions.

With a course that costs $3,995. And they charge additional $997 per year to keep using the theme. And that’s only for 1 store. So it’s pretty expensive.

The theme requires a licence to work, but I’m sure somebody can remove that, please share it when you null it.
