Everyone has a minute for this! Personally, I am in the 10 to 15 minute range each morning. Part of my morning routine I do every day. WIll be interesting to see what routines are included in this book.

Thanks for uploading this. This is a great book on the science behind HIIT training concepts. Offers some added insights on variations.

Been doing HIIT stuff for a while now - going the Tabata route + bodyweight exercises.

Great for efficiency. This stuff is the 90/10 rule for exercise.
