This is one of the best self defense video's I've seen, and very inexpensive if you wanted to buy it, too. A master trainer shows not only how to defend yourself with a partner, but also isolates the techniques so they can be practiced with pads. I would imagine even a small and weak person could do some unexpected damage and/or deflection to a surprised attacker with these techniques, while giving themselves time to get away. The use of small middle aged Asian woman for some demonstrations proves the point, and even her slender frame could produce real pain with these techniques. This one is worth treating seriously if self defense interests you.
