I just downloaded this so I could scan it. I don't need it but I wanted to provide a scan for those who were asking about it.

Clicking the link the OP gave took me to a page advising me to check my browser.
Always a bad start. I hate sites that have this kinda sh1t on them. Anyway, don't click on anything, just wait. Then after a few seconds , you get a download button.

Be sure to UNCHECK the box that says: "Download with our secure manager". Those things are usually full of ad/scum ware. Just untick the box and download.

It's a binary file. When I uploaded the file to Virus Total, the file had already been scanned recently and was clean. Nevertheless, I re-scanned it.

It shows: 0/55 " Probably harmless! There are strong indicators suggesting that this file is safe to use."

Also, my McAfee didn't spot anything either.
