The prospecting method is already known from Brick'n Mobile
->Find websites with Adobe Flash on it and educate the biz owners about Apple / iOS users who only see a broken site. He cleverly combines prospecting with different methods to invithe prospects to webinars then (I'd use a Google hangout with the new plugin avainable here) The blueprint even contains different monetization and outsoucing strategies - so he basically gave us the business blueprint of his sold company.
