Method:

Magic Button :

*Hire in the Philippines by posting in the jobs section on PH Craigslist (manila.craigslist.com.ph/).
*He gives a template of a post.*People in the PH with degrees are willing to work for $2/hr.
*Mention in the ad you are looking for 2 people (the workers will know they are competing and work harder because only one will continue to work)
*Walks you through how to setup an ad on CL (in the PH) with screenshots (not needed IMO)
*Recommends giving a raise and incentives so the worker could stick around longer.
*Use Google forms to create a questionnaire/application


This guide could have been shortened to 2-3 pages. Most of it is fluff, fillers, and going too deep into the tutorials.
