With medicines and low carb eating, I'm averaging in the 90's to the 80's.
It's been a 30 year journey. I hope the book is as good as it's editorial. I'm hoping with the help of this book, and a new plan from the book, I can finally rid myself of the scourge of diabetes. Getting the Cayce recommended ingredients can be a hit or miss thing. Then there's the preparation. Cook one day, eat raw the next day, etc. sprawn |
