If you ever heard of the book and/or video The Secret, read it/watched it but didn't know how to apply it, this book actually explains it, although it was written decades before The Secret. This book explains energies, the ocean of energies we all live in (everything is energy), and how to use the energy to create anything, it explains it with stories from peoples lives. It is an easy read, the stories are easy to understand, it all seems uncomplicated. I will have to try it.
