Not that this is something I'd spend my time on but that was my thought exactly.

Guys, for those of you that read the guide, this is just one method of using slogans, sayings and a few words to make some extra bucks - by selling them outright.

I would never do this, but that doesn't mean it won't work and that you can't earn from it. I just don't need to do something like this. But I know people that have come out with stuff to sell with slogans and sayings just like these on them.

And a couple of them earn very good money too.

You are selling these witticisms to someone that will make use of them. It is an exchange of your intellectual work for money - no long term profitability is expected or warranted after that.

UNLESS ...

You know how to convert them for your own use. And it doesn't matter if hundreds of people use, steal or "appropriate" them. How many times have you seen the exact same slogan or saying on a different T-shirt, mug or other product?

People take the same sayings and put them on pink T-shirts instead of blue ones, and on Polo shirts or hoodies. Like anything that makes money, you have to step out of the box.

Unless you are willing to trademark, copyright or use some other expensive (and silly) protection mechanism, why are you even worried about such ridiculous stuff?

Who cares if someone steals it - as long as you get yours? If you think one or two are worth protecting, any intellectual property attorney can help you.

Do what Paris Hilton did - she trademarked "That's hot."

Remember that idiotic statement? It belongs to her and, if you use it commercially, you have to get her permission and pay her. How about "Bubba Gump Shrimp Company?" Same deal.

So if you have something so good you want to protect it, get yourself a lawyer - it's simple but expensive.

Hell, people are still putting 100-year-old slogans in the public domain on bullshit T-shirts and making bank with them. So you don't even need to be creative - you just can't continue to follow the herd and expect to make money.

So, this guide is just a start - like almost everything written about making money online or offline. I have not seen one complete, turnkey e-book or program here - period.

EVERYTHING sold or shared on this forum requires additional thought, application and, most critically - WORK! This is the major flaw in the way most of you think about what you find here.

If the e-book or product was a 100% working and productive process, it wouldn't be for sale! Or it sure as hell wouldn't be freely shared or available here.

This guide is not some super-duper process or e-book that will make you a millionaire - unless you can come up with the one or two sayings out of millions that you have the foresight and funds to protect, market and sell.

There are thousands of ways to get a jump-start on making a bunch of money posted here. But if they were anything other than good ideas to get you started, most of you couldn't afford them.

By the way, I went ahead and signed up and participated in all open contests. I have over 15 slogans now under my belt. I don't care if I earn from them or not, but the experience will be great.
