Glad to hear about your good results with my share. Reminds me about one of my diabetic shares from months ago, a member posted that "once your diabetic your diabetic for life." Wouldn't surprise me if he worked for Big Pharma.:)

I'm in the UK and there was a very good documentary called The Truth About Carbs which is all about this. I wasn't aware that a baked potato is the equivalent of eating 19 sugar lumps! It's here if you want a watch and your not restricted by country:

People have been so brainwashed by, "Once a diabetic, always a diabetic" that they would probably argue vehemently with someone who says this is not so.
