This worked for me.
I was diagnosed with Type 2 in February 2018 with a HbA1c blood reading of 92. Anything over 48 is Diabetes so quite a high reading. I used this book and my last reading three weeks ago was 44.

Glad to hear about your good results with my share. Reminds me about one of my diabetic shares from months ago, a member posted that "once your diabetic your diabetic for life." Wouldn't surprise me if he worked for Big Pharma.:)
