I still maintain that the 3 Week Diet is one of the simplest but robust methods to achieve your desired weight.

I found the commercial ebook in the French version and this one has more info than the english version
About the fat burning supplements, this is not the same.
Some remarks about the 3 week diet method:
- his whey product is not the good one:
a product build from some vegetals and not from the lactoserum
where is the lecithine???
and this product is very expensive!!!
- the essential fatty acids (EFA's)
he recommends 2 gr of EDA FOR 1 gr of DHA and this is really more than too much. It becomes toxic with a dose above 5 gr (EDA + DHA).
I found a few products with this composition:
- OMEGA 3
360 mgr EDA + 240 mgr of DHA
720 mgr and 480 mgr = 1,2 gr in total
700 mgr and 500 mgr
OMEGA 6 and OMEGA 9, nothing about that
