THIS is an excellent share.

Don't think about it, just get it. This is the exact edition that I have talked about on here many times already. And I still advise you to get a hard copy- you can find it cheap in used book stores so there's no excuse not to have it.

In the UK the 4th edition hard copy is probably the most difficult version to get your hands on.

I have your shared 5th edition of this book PDF-

AND I have just glanced through this 4th edition - AND can say LOTS more GOLD...I will be studing it during this week, BECAUSE it really is the best edition.
That's why everybody seems to swear by this 4th edition.
