I almost didn't get to see your post and question because I often look for questions in a PM but I can suggest you start by looking for grant writing resources on Library Genesis or Annas-Archive. You may already have ebooks but below are two I came across:

I also downloaded a few grant writing ebooks from Amazon moments ago. If you are interested, I can send you the titles and if you want to see them, I will send along the downloads but that will have to be on tomorrow because I've been on the computer since 5:30 this morning and I am completely exhausted (after helping with 2 requests for files) and need to shut down the computer for the day.

Keep in mind, this is all off the top of my head and without knowing more about where you are in the grant writing space (whether you've been in business a long time or are just getting started or whether you have been offering this service in some capacity and want to reach new clients).

Also, keep in mind, I'm no expert by any means. While my degree is in public health, I took a single class in grant writing (my focus is community health education), so take this post simply as friendly advice and an attempt to answer your question.
