Earlier today, I cooked Panda Express' string bean chicken from a copycat recipe I found online. It was absolutely scrumptious! I had a small taste of it for lunch with steamed white rice and it was so tasty, I think I'll have it again for dinner tonight.

I am usually a Thai food aficionado but there are some Chinese dishes that I routinely enjoy.
