An odd thing...it took quite a while and got to like 99.9% and stopped there.
I found the .part file in the temp folder - copied and renamed it to .zip and presto - all done.

I changed the last digit from 0 to 1
(https://www.dropbox.com/s/z6t2fzengtepi2...zip?dl=1),
and used DTA on Firefox.
Et voilà!
