Hey! I'm referring to the "base folder" that is reflected in VideoScribe when you try to save a Scribe. You have 2 options: base folder and sparkol video folder but when I try to save in either folder, I don't see any files being created. I even tried creating a new folder and nothing. A search through Windows Explorer or at the Installation folder results in nothing...

Exporting videos works fine though...

Just trying to figure out if its an issue with my machine or if its a known issue...

What "base folder" are you referring to?

If you mean the installation folder it's usually "C:\program files\Sparkol\Sparkol VideoScribe\" or where ever you install it to if different.
