Rep added for your hard work. However, after the trial ended it asks for login credentials. I followed instructions you provided and deleted the folder and still asks for user ID and password.

Is there a workaround?

REREAD and FOLLOW the instructions very closely because it is obvious that you didn't because it is not a trial and works fine.
