ok. I finally figured it out. First, install videoscribe.msi. You will need to install with admin privileges.
next take the crack bin file and  replace the .bin file in the videoscribe directory(usually:C:\Program Files (x86)\Sparkol\Sparkol VideoScribe\)
Next,a real email needs to be given because they send an email with a link that you have to click on to create trial account. Otherwise it doesn't get created and all you will get is the spinning circle when you try to log on.
Second. log in with the email and password you created for the trial account. Click and now you will get the error screen. click it and then remove a few letters from the email and password. click "login" and you will be in and ready to go!
third. next time you start it, make sure you enter your complete trial email and password again before you click on the "login" button. Otherwise you will just get the spinning wheel. Then the error screen will come up again, click it, remove a few letters from password and email, click "login" and you are in!

What's obvious for someone who knows "the way" may not be so obvious for some others. For instance, I got stuck when I got that install error. I know it was "obvious" to you what to do - install as admin. For me, no. I was stuck. So I was happy that you knew the obvious thing to do and told me. Thanks.
Even reading my instructions, I noticed I left out how to install a .msi file as an administrator. Every one knows how to do that, right? I didn't. I had to look it up and finally found the answer after doing some searching. So it's not that your instructions aren't simple or clear, they are. It is just that they leave out the "obvious". So my instructions are for those who it isn't 'obvious", obviously.
