vroo, try look at your firewall rules - when I blocked the program from calling back to http://www.sparkol.com, it froze too. so I took a chance and let it (after copying the crack to the installation folder of course), and it worked out alright with the given email/password

@gaper, tnx for the answer.

I've try to disabling the firewall but it not solved the problem, the same issue appears over and over.

I'm using Avast and AVG.

Really don't know what to do.

vroo, try checking the Logs in Avast/AVG. I use Outpost Firewall so won't be able to give you specific help on where to check. remember to restart your computer too after installation - I didn't believe it but the app won't work without a restart

Doesn't work properly.

Done all the instructions and the program happily starts and I can use it.

However when you go to export it says "Go Pro To Upgrade" and I cannot change any export settings.

If I click export it does infact auto remove the watermark but it exports at a S***** 360P and wont let me change it, so in effect it's useless.

gaper, I really don't know what should I exactly do with the log files, and where to find them?

How you doing that?. As I posted above the HD Export Settings are Locked and unchangable in this download.

My settings are unlocked. I haven't these settings earlier.

Just updated to .31 version.
