You can do it via Adobe Illustrator or InkScrape. If this is worthless, then nobody will create it and nobody will sell it for $100+.

True, but unless you manually redraw them in a vector format such as IA or CDR then you will not get proper 'hand drawn' effect with them.
However, that isn't to say they are useless, always handy to have on hand for other projects and to manually convert when needed.
