Thanks but it doesn't seem to work in sparkol. You import the svg and it shows up but the hand doesn't draw it it just appears all at once but if I add text the hand draws the text but not the svg image. Anyone having this problem and know how to solve this.

Edit:
I found out how to use the png files the op provided. First I saw a video on youtube that says open the png in inkscape and then save as .svg but that doesn't work, sparkol will not draw the image. You first have to do another step in inkscape called tracing to do it right. I found a video that explains it. It is easy and you use inkscape which is free. Now that I can use these png files this makes this share an incredible awesome one. Thanks Op. Max rep from me.
