RE:
Very simple, when you extract it, winrar asks for part 7. The original split archive contained 7 or more parts, and only the first 6 are presented.

Pretty much any split archive file of n parts has n-1 parts of a nice round number (here 500MB) and a final part that is smaller, because archivers aim for chunks of a certain size (to avoid upload restrictions) rather than to exactly split the file into equal parts. Here there were 6 parts of exactly 500.00MB, but it would be unlikely rare that the unsplit file was exactly 3000.00MB, there should be at least one more file with the leftovers.

Googled the file but couldn't find it. Looks like a lot of stuff is still there, but certainly some will be missing.

Yah, the OP should have looked before they leaped... missing part 7... hard to give reps , on this one.
You'll notice that the course creator used MAC type URLs (.webloc) for links to resources... if you don't know about these types of files, read this...
Quoted from the web:
Quote:How to Open .webloc files in Windows

Don't download and install some sketchy unknown converter .exe program to "convert" it for you.

A .webloc file is a shortcut or bookmark that is created when
Apple users send each other bookmarks. (Don't blame them, Apple users
don't know any better.)

All you have to do:
  • save the file
  • If you can see that the file name ends in .webloc:
    • just change the .webloc to .txt
    • open it
  • If you can't see the file extension (.webloc):
    • right-click the file
    • Open With
    • Notepad (you might have to select "Choose Program..." first).

Copy the stuff that's in between "string" tags, and paste it into the address bar of your web browser.

You can then drag the URL from your browser window into your folder (to replace the .webloc file) or copy it into the course folder.
