if u previously installed any version of this plugin uninstall it then install this version again.
or try deactivate it and activate it again

maybe false positive, i'm using it without any problem from the beginning.
zip the 'sociallocker-next-premium' folder and upload it.

Asking for key, invalid key when i enter anything. Why is that? Iv never had it installed. I thought it was NULLED??

it's nulled. and not asking for key to me.
do u have any other previous version installed? remove it.
then install it again.
