I think tutorial is clear .. you just READ and following the instruction from 1st page given by demomeb and then following my instruction to upgrade software and create your apps dev facebook. good luck :)

Are these instructions just for Windows. I am on a MAC and this will not work as they are exe files. Anyone has instructions for MAC users.
