Basic course: exercise, but not too close to sleep. Don't eat 3 hours before sleeping. Get plenty of water, do some deep breathing, guided meditation before you go to sleep. And don't stare at your computer screen deep into the night (if you care about your brain ever producing melatonin again). There you go, the course in 1 parapraph.
+ mental and emotional balance, stretching, healthy eating, slowing down before sleep, using bed only for sleep, drinking coffee only in the morning, proper room ventilation and having consistent sleep schedule. You can explain most courses in 1 paragraph, does it prove anything? |

any new code bump bump bump
It doesn't look like this. I asked the instructor for some more 100% off coupons - He said NO :( and gave me this coupon: Paid: https://www.udemy.com/sleep-hacking-sleep-less-and-have-more-energy/?couponCode=%245OCC |

Guys, one thing that will really help you if you are having trouble with sleep and still want to use your computer is an app called flux. Check it out: https://justgetflux.com/
It changes your screens output to match the time of day. I've been using it for a while and it works as stated. As for this course itself - I didn't even look at, just saw the title. |

RE:
I'm not saying it's a bad course, it's just one of those that you can get 90% of it from a quick summary. I think many people here would appreciate summaries of courses. Remember, the opportunity cost of 'taking' a Udemy course is time - time you could've spent doing something else.
