Guys, there's nothing inside! it's a terrible course, don't waste your time!
The instructor's asking students to go on youtube and search for meditation videos to improve their sleep! All he does is read slides! things every body knows. Waste of time!

[/quote]Hmm, I watched the whole course and I can say many bad things about audio and the quality of the presentations, but not about the actual content. I sleep better and have more energy, so that's what actually matters.
About going to Youtube and searching for guided meditation before sleep, he was talking about finding a track with a voice you enjoy. I don't know how you, but I wouldn't be able to relax listening to his voice.
Basic course: exercise, but not too close to sleep. Don't eat 3 hours before sleeping. Get plenty of water, do some deep breathing, guided meditation before you go to sleep. And don't stare at your computer screen deep into the night (if you care about your brain ever producing melatonin again). There you go, the course in 1 parapraph.
