Hope to get rid of crashing

why so many versions of this software in a short period of time?.I've BEEN using it i think it SUCK.please explain

Senuke updates like crazy. They kind of have to with its price tag. The updates fix bugs, adds new sites, fixes broken sites, fixes cracked versions, etc. If they didn't they would have a lot of pissed off customers.

Can anyone confirm this? For some reason the auto email creation isn't working right for me with this version.

Crashes are almost always caused by Internet Explorer. It's not a very stable program and unfortunately SEnuke X can't work without it. Usually upgrading or downgrading to a different version of IE fixes most crash issues.

Possible solutions to crash issues:

1. Uninstall and reinstall the software by going into Start Menu->SEnukeX->Update or Uninstall SEnuke. Make sure to first backup your SEnukeDB.db file in the program directory. (To find out the location of the SEnuke X folder, right click the icon on the desktop, then click "Open file location". If that option is not there, click "Properties" then click on "Find Target" which will send you to the program directory.)

2. If you're on IE9, downgrade to IE8. If you're on IE8, upgrade to IE9. Yes I know it sounds funny, but believe it or not that fixes the issue in most cases. IE is a mystery.

3. Give this a shot: Internet Explorer->Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Reset... Then restart SEnuke and IE

4. Go into SEnuke options and disable all audio. Sometimes the audio drivers not being installed successfully cause it to crash.

5. If that still doesn't fix the issue, the only other remedy we can suggest is to run the program inside a virtual machine using something like VMware Player. I know it's a bit of a pain, but should get rid of most of the crashing issues.

Of course you can try it on a different computer.

Unfortunately not much more can be done about the crash issues. Microsoft made Internet Explorer this way :(

FYI, the worst case of crashes we've seen is with Windows XP. Vista and 7 seem to be a lot more stable.

Note: Whenever SEnuke X crashes, it will "skip" all the sites that were loaded in the submitter at the time. Usually the crash is caused by a specific site not playing well on your computer, and to avoid a continuous crash loop, we skip all the sites loaded in the browser at the time of the crash. But for those who have lots of browser windows running simultaneously, that means a good chunk of your project will get skipped! So if you get a lot of crashes, run fewer browser windows.
