I got the offered item from the OP, opened it, submitted the 'fixed' EXE file to VT by itself, and here are the results=>

Hi what do u mean by 'fixed'?

Results from after I've submitted to VT was 7 engines detected. Is it still safe?

Oinky, you ought to know by now that when there are a bunch of files inside an archive that most likely only 1, or some of those files are infected - such that scanning the entire archive can be quite useless and even confusing.

The fixed EXE file by itself scanned clean, as I said - and you can use the official setup file from their site.
I didn't save anything else from that DL.
