Good, and I thot I was the only one facing this dilemma. When I select it from the list of hands, it doesn't even appear...anyone have a solution to this? Please share your experiences, thank you!

Here's how you get this to work:

1. Go to your computer -> Organize -> Folder and Search Options -> Click the 'View' Tab -> Tick 'Show Hidden Files, Folders, Drivers

2. Go to your user. Click appdata -> roaming and then delete the 'videoscribe' folder.

3. Download this version and extract it somewhere. Then simply double-click the .exe file and it will work.

For those of you who can't get the audio to work... As suggested previosuly in the thread, here's how you fix it:

1. Save your project and then enter it through the scribe dashboard.

At least that's what I did and it worked just fine.

The problem is;

When changing the BIN file with the ones here, it really solves the sound issue, but when you start it, it asks to download the UPDATE files for 1.3.31, and if you click yes, it doesn't complete the download. It just downloads the free-trial automatically.

The problem with the old version is there is no "use thumbnails" option in the old one and it works really really slow.

Can somebody please provide a BIN file in which the sound is working fine, and it's updated to 1.3.31? Or which can be updated without a problem..
