Great idea for a product set, I wish developers would take the time to make them right before they release them. They would have a much more solid following in the end. I've had more troubles than I can count with products from Precious. I tend to stay away from anything he does anymore. Although, this thread attracted my attention. Then the inevitable happened, it didn't work. Another disappointment from Precious.

Same situation. Escalate your paypal claim ASAP.

RE:
Don't just escalate this with PayPal, Call them on the phone and explain your problem
If the product does not work tell them the problems, also explain you have tried to contact them and they will not respond back.

That process usually works for me 99% of the time when I ask for refunds and the seller refuses
Lucky for me I don't usually ask for refunds, but on the occasions that I do this usually works.

Disclaimer I never purchased or installed this product.

Just be patient. Its a launch product, bugs are to be expected....give the developers some time to fix the software.

Wait at least 2 - 3 weeks, if it still sucks ....then ask for a refund....not 2 days after it was launched.

same thing I got here while looking at my post on my page, but when I tried to browse my page on the other browser that I haven't logged in, it shows a full width image of the video just like the thumbnail of the video that I uploaded on facebook so it's still ok in the end of your fans, the problems I'm experiencing now are it needs the video to double click to play and the analytics inside the plugin are not detecting any clicks.
