Reseller License – Relabel/resell anywhere except the WarriorForum – $37
(limited to just 50 7 sales then it will be removed)

The reseller license gives you the right to sell this plugin to
others as your own plugin. The only restriction is that you can’t sell
it on the warriorforum.

This isn't the usage plugin, it's the twilio sub account plugin by the same developer please post the right link to the usage plugin

Anyway the download link was already been fixed with the correct plugin!
