as far as performance
I deactivated W3 Total Cache and installed WP Rocket and performance immediately improved. tested with both tools.pingdom.com and gtmetrix.com |

One of the reasons I use this forum i because I got fed up with buying themes that did not work.
I installed a brand new install on a brand new domain and it did not even install http://i.imgur.com/vZWb85T.jpg I could waste time and money going to support but if it will not even install who know what the hell is going to happen once installed.
