I was going to buy this as have tried one other Rep Management Plug-In Previously around a year ago but it was creating conflicts across the site, often the case with WP Plug-ins or maybe I'm just unlucky.. I reckon Rep Management is a great off-line service to sell so was impressed with the sales letter as it's an easy sell to businesses .. However ...
I installed this before the dead-line to test it out - as would have supported the vendor as will easily sell this service BUT sure enough (in my case) all functions fine - EXCEPT when viewing on a mobile despite trying several image sizes and text sizes it looks a mess on a mobile, have to "pinch and zoom" to read the page. Sure I've not done anything wrong as there's little to set up, I wanted to write and ask the developers but no way to contact pre-purchase.. Thanks for saving me $47 as would be disappointed for sure, had the same issue with a Scratch and Win Plug-In and support couldn't answer so wasted $37 as the refund never happened. No wonder people not wanting to pay full price as too many great sounding products but lacking in true support and refund policies not honoured... No idea what they charged for the OTO and graphics would be interesting to know... Thanks again, p.s. If anyone managed to get this working where the logo and text fills the mobile device screen properly as per the demo I'd appreciate to know what they did to achieve it. |

Hi icandi, You need to make sure that you are using a Responsive Wordpress Theme for it to display correctly on a mobile phone device. The Twenty Fourteen Theme works kind of OK.
