Hey dulles,
dltbenson here and I was wondering if you have any real estate course as it pertains to investing in apartment buildings as well?

Thanks,

If you are a newb and just starting in real estate, you will want to cut your teeth in the residential market. The biggest mistakes I've seen rookies make is starting out in commercial. That's a whole other animal and no commercial or apartment course that I've seen will get you in a position to where you are actually closing any deals. Gotta learn to crawl before you can walk. If you are dead set on doing commercial, just get a mentor who is actually closing deals.

RE: [GET] Real Estate Courses
Thanks HollyShelly. Looking to get into wholesaling/flipping first, then get some properties under my belt, then move into commercial in a year or 2.

Can anyone share some wholesaling/flipping course I should be learning from? Or point me in the right direction as to who I should be listening too?

Thanks

I would focus on marketing for buyers and sellers instead of wasting time on courses. Jump right in and start swimming. I don't like courses for the most part as you will be doing what every other rookie will be doing as they are all reading the same crapola. Marketing is priority. Then pre-screening comes from that. And then negotiating and deal structure.

If there is enough interest, I may be able to see if my own personal mentor will start accepting more apprentices. If anyone would be interested in that, just pm me and post a reply on this post so we can keep this real estate thread going. If I can show enough people who are interested, I will go ahead and push to see if he can open the doors again.

RE: [GET] Real Estate Courses
Hey tridentnow,
You can sign up to mega.nz for a free account they give you 50gb of storage space for free. Or you can try copy.com as well there free as well. Those are two good places to start with honestly.

I look forward to seeing your course actually.
