Just saw this thread, and have some thoughts on it.

First of all, I agree with Quasar when he says that this is a beta release of a bigger product (at least I think that's what the creator is planning on).

I am pitching the exact same thing for a big contract with something like Designmodo's StartUp framework, and the only thing I can say is that if you don't have a job, or you need some extra cash you must realize that you can call yourself a "web designer" by simply paying $10...and start selling websites tomorrow...and charge anything you want....or offer a free website for another service you are offering...I don't know of a simpler way to make some money (or expand your business).

Free tip: You can host the site on Github Pages (they offer free hosting and kick @ss!). So, you can sell a website for $50 or $100, and tell your client that he gets free hosting forever, and his only cost is the renewal of his .com name If this can't help you sell a website, then there's something really wrong with your people skills.

Yeah right newbie!

Sorry we didn't consult you for a f*cking definition of what web 3.0 means!

This builds web 3.0 sites without all the bullshit!

Fill a few blanks and go. I don't give a s.hit about semantic compatibility or any of the other crap your jelly bean-sized mind can come-up with.

Your comment is just like saying a site built with WordPress is not a web site.

If it looks like a web 3.0 site, and makes buyers happy - then no one really cares about your opinion about a CHEAP, quick, non-techie way of getting the "look-and-feel" of a web 3.0 site.

Now, go bother the other children you play with - this post and section is for adults only.

Go away and su.ck on your lollipop! We will promise to be sure and consult you the next time we need a child's opinion.

The latest Video Sitebuilder is up - along with the bonus of 5 video backgrounds! I think it is around $20 now on the WF.

It is a 155 MB download on Mirrorcreator and ready.

As has been (painfully) stated and re-stated - it requires nulling and/or cracking.

Enjoy and say thanks with a rep!

Please post reviews and make mirrors. I know eventually one of our crackers here will null this for you.

As for my review, my position on using this hasn't changed - even though I haven't taken a good look at this yet.

Here is the link one more time:

@Quasar, Thanks for sharing the video backgrounds!

Quick question for you friend! , i have the main software from wf, now the video edition software did you purchased it also?
Did they give you a different key? than the main software?

I think to use the video backgrounds you need to have the video edition software, not sure if i am right...

Thanks Friend.

Glad to help dude!

1.) The main (basic) software is standalone. The video sitebuilder looks almost exactly the same, but is a different program and standalone also. (You will have two separate apps installed on your PC.) And yes, it does require a separate purchase (or nulling) to work. A separate serial number is required, so - yes, you will have two different serials - one for each product.

2.) Yes, the video backgrounds will not work with the basic program. They will only work with the video sitebuilder upgrade, which (I think) is still around $20 in the second upsell.

With all this said, don't be consumed with not having the video version. The basic version is all you need to get going and start building sites. The more I play with the basic version - the more I realize I do not need or really like the video version.

I like the hell out of just the basic version - and the clients I have sold the two sites to love the sites I built for them using ONLY the basic version. (One has called me back and wants a second and probably third sites built for him.)

Re: There is such a thing as too much movement. Personally, I think the video sitebuilder goes "over-the-top" as far as having too much going on. And as I also already mentioned, site load times are affected negatively when you add a big video file to load. This is a big deal if you are into ranking or SEO because the load time is one of the primary considerations Google uses to rank your sites.

Like with anything - you can get into an overkill situation with a site by using too much of a good thing. I will be doing split-testing with both versions, but I already think I know how that will turn-out.

By the way, the third upgrade is one I STRONGLY discourage you from buying. It is the (way overpriced and the most expensive) upgrade of about 1.2 GB of more backgrounds at around $30.

Only, they are truly sh.itty. Most are moving nature or poor particle backgrounds, etc. And I've looked at all of them. They are all lousy for most business applications!

The best ones are the ones included with the video sitebuilder, which you already have in the upload I posted.

And obviously, they don't matter unless you are going to buy the video sitebuilder or can get it nulled.

Hope this helps!

Good luck!
