@CarpeDiem123: Not if you follow the instructions and substitute the "xx" in the URL with "tt" ... like the OP suggests. I just downloaded it without a hitch. I ran a local scan using Malwarebytes and there were no issues and the PDF opened flawlessly on my desktop.

So ... in my experience, it wasn't "dodgy" at all.
