He certainly did not.
But remember, you can spew any bullshit you want as long as you've had some sort of association with people. He actually got his boost from attending a Tony Robbins event (he admits it in his program which I've already seen). What he has done is "authority by association" and the non-savvy or non-IM reader would not catch the fact that he is deliberately confusing facts and borrowing these superstar's authority.
