[GET] Prelaunch - SEARCHSCRAPR - Affiliate Keyword Scraper Bot
Here you go friends: a little bot I've built that tries to find lucrative keywords for affiliate marketeers. It's been built using Ubot*, as you can tell by the run-bar layout. I've decided to call it SearchScrapr, and there may be a family of these little bots eventually.

The concept is that it's trying to find searched-for terms that don't have anything ranking for that term. So simultaneously, stuff that is being searched for with no competition.

Here's how it works:

1) It enters a string (an affiliate product name) into Google search and scrapes the auto-suggest keywords. This gives us some idea of what terms are being searched for, and then,
2) It searches for each term and scrapes page 1 of Google SERPS. If it finds the search term in the title, then it returns a "Yes", but if the term is missing (suggesting the term will be easy to rank), then it returns "No - Open!". It also looks for videos on page 1 as well.

Use it like this:

a) Enter a list of affiliate product names in the box, one item per line. They could be CPA offer names, Clickbank/JVZoo etc product names, or Amazon products that you're interested to promote as an Amazon affiliate. (There may be other ways to use this I haven't thought of...)

b) From the dropdown choose a google search engine (not sure this makes much difference)

c) Choose a filename to save the results to (no need to add .csv)

d) Then click run

e) This does not use proxies so, as a result, it takes ages (so as not to annoy Google). Leave it to run in the background and go and do something else. Eventually it will work its way through your terms if you leave it long enough.

I hope you find it useful, and if you do, please leave a comment and reps if deemed worthy. I think I might make a product from it, so if you could leave honest reviews or comments that I could use for the website, that would be great! (Especially any great successes, obviously!)

*A word about Ubot.
Experienced BBHF'ers know that Ubot programs trigger malware alerts on some PCs and also produce false positives on Virustotal (see below). This bot is no exception. It does NOT contain malware, but if you are uncomfortable, please don't download it. I'm producing the Virustotal result below so you can judge for yourself. I find the whole subject of false malware alarms EXTREMELY annoying, and I wish Ubot would do something about it - they charge enough for their software, but they have their heads in the sand (or somewhere else).

Thanks for pointing it out, but if you actuially read my post, I got there before you. I know there are malware warnings, else I wouldn't have posted it myself. I even posted the warnings ahead of the download link. So if I wanted to infect people I'd hardly be likely to warn people first, would I? (Except perhaps as some kind of bizarre double-bluff exercise. Hmm - maybe that's what's going on here?)

As I said in my post: if it bothers you, please don't download. Experienced IM'ers already know that Ubot triggers false warnings.
