FMG003.part08.rar

Then just right click any one of them and extract it., the folder "PhotoShop MasterClass" will be extracted.

Strange the links are down as I just downloaded it all from post 3 mirror links.

Had to use winrar to unpack it though as 7zip kept crying like a baby at me about a missing archive.
