@Nancy,

- If viewing an epub is a problem, fist try to test the epub with an archiver like 7zip (as epub file is essentially a zip file).

- If there are no errors reported by the archive utility, then either the zip is not in proper epub format (all epubs are zips but all zips need not be epubs) or the epub reader is unable to process the file.

- For epub reader issues, on Windows, you can try the free reader, Sumatra PDF. I was able to open the file without errors (I'm using a development build though and not the last stable build)

I've been able to open pdfs which Acrobat can't open, DJVU, mobi. etc. Azw and Azw3 are often problematic, though!

Thanks for explain @feefiefohfum and Nancy not mean anything bad , maybe not have Sumatra PDF development build .l made mistake not trying epub how work.

Thank you everyone for your responses. I figured out that it was a browser issue; for some reason Firefox stopped downloading epub files and I got this message every time. Others may see this issue as well so it's good to know it works fine in another browser. :)
