Quick review:

The Passive Profit PLR is a course consisting of 4 videos that show how to setup a funnel to sell their Passive Profits Course.

There is a fantastical promise of how much money can be earned on the first optin page.

If you bought the Passive Profit PLR, they give you the right to sell their Passive Profits Course, which means you sell access to their members area for the Passive Profits Course.

I'm still thinking over what their motive is in offering this in this way. I think it might be so they get you to buy solo ads to send traffic to your optin page, and then when you make a sale, the purchasers get access to the basic PassiveProfits Course. Inside that members area there seem to be links to upgrade to three otos.

So, I do believe this is a tricky way to have purchasers of the PLR course pay for traffic which may possibly buy one or more of their upsells.

Anyone else have thoughts on this?

I purchased this and to be honest I am reluctant to implement it. It seems to me that everyone you attract onto your list using this system, by default also ends up on their list by virtue of them signing up to the members area. It is a good way of leveraging your solo ads for their gain!!

At best, the information they provide on the squeeze page and funnel set-up may be useful in implementing my own funnel, but I can buy stuff like this anywhere.

The members area is full of mistakes (video 9 does not work) and the files you need to create the funnels on day 1 are missing (or at least the links don't work).

Overall, it seems hastily and shoddily put together, and I for one want to bring people solely to my list and not do the donkey work for what appears to be already successful marketers.
