Read the material and well, will take weeks to see if this actually works, but looks like safe method.
Don't really know if press releases work nowadays though. Use those in the past and only thing that got me was a couple of visitors months after, but didn't see any improvement in my rankings. Then again, I don't rank sites for a living.

But here are some steps, and too lazy to type the whole thing (there are a total of 20 weeks), but you can get a basic idea of what this contains. This definitely not a guide if you're trying to rank your site by next week or the week after.


WEEK 1
Buy PR feeder site
*use register compasss or goddaddy auctions, site loosely related to your niche, link from homepage to your main site

Setup facebook site and link from it to your site

Week 2

Create a High Quality Squidoo Lens w/ 1 link to your site


Set up Google Plus Profile

Week 3

Use the Squidoo “Add To List” Method to add your link to a relevant Squidoo lens.

Submit a press release

Week 4

Submit article to ezine articles

submit article to goarticles


MONTH 2

WEEK 5
Buy 2nd feeder site

Get facebook likes

WEEK 6
Use youtube link sniper to get links to your homepage

get 5 google +1's


Week 7

Use squidoo add to list method

Create web 2.0 properties (wordpress.com)

week 8

make 10 posts on Q&A sites, yahoo/quora
leave your site as resource link
