But videoscribe is for whiteboard animation and it has limited characters powtoon on the other hand is quite fancy so do you know any alternative that can be used offline on a dektop? i think goaniamte has a software version but it's not free

Already have a few paid subs to PT, but this is perfect [as an educator] to test/show/allow others to see how GOOD powtoons is!

If you are serious about video marketing on YT, Vimeo etc etc, this and 2 other Video tools can make you some serious $$$$!
