@Anyone needing guidance: The absolute best way to grab this download is to use JDownloader2 or IDM. Have either downloader opened and copy the mediafire link. The files will be picked up by the downloader. In JD2, hit Settings > Browse (to create a folder and save the files where you want them) and then click the "Start All Downloads" button at the bottom-right of the user interface panel.

The process was super quick and hands-off for me. When I checked the folder I downloaded to, everything was then, in perfect order ... and I'm very happy to have all those beautiful template images.

I was asked for this via PM. This is my effort to provide what I found on a stored-away external drive. It's everything I have, so if anything is missing or something doesn't work... then this is what was in the original file I downloaded back in 2020.

I never got around to actually using this, so I also cannot provide you with any assistance should you run into an issue with it.

You will need to open that 2-page PDF to get the extra download and read the instructions for what to do to get the patch to correct this.
