Actually, I had a peek to see who the person was. This is Jeremy Burns who has been around since the very early days of the internet so if he is saying he has spent that amount of money over time I would be more inclined to believe that to be true.

He was in the league of Simon Hodgkinson (UK) and other who got in on PLR very, very early on in the early 2000s and some of their products were great and some average. I know because I invested back then.

Can't vouch for this particular product as I've not seen it and won't be looking into it but the guy has been around and producing PLR before many of those we know today even knew what PLR was.

Be careful There is a virus page in the html of the site. If you click on the "member's login" pagelink you will get two types of virus warning pages. I use linux so I wasn't affected.
