Okay, guys, I just put up a new thread for this since the links from March 2016 have gone down. I'll also reach you all via a PM so you can get this before it goes away.
Just know this: It does not look like the PDFs are updated (they're dated Nov 2014) but there are videos and bonuses I've included with all the PDFs. So, get over there and download!
