Well whether your a leecher or a humble visitor, try to elaborate your problem before posting, there is a problem with average KC, is it always zero, doesn't not show at all, does the program crash when u try to use it, if you don't explain and experiment within simple rational human logic, i will not be able to help you or even think about helping you, besides you need to mention your operating system, when do you face the problem,did you follow the steps completely, did you look up the problem online, i jst gave you a list you need to ask yourself before asking here for help, we come to face so many leechers on daily basis so it is more than normal to accuse some innocent newbies every once in a while, having said that only time can tell us what you really are.

Not sure if my problem is at all related to the one encountered by crystaleyes, but whenever I try to calculate Average KC, it takes ages and eventually returns 0. Detailed view shows the following:



This started to happen only like hour ago, I've been using the program today without problems. I would really appreciate any hints - thanks!

Well initial assumptions you might be using a proxy or you are blocked out of Google for excessive querying? check that out and report back please.

From what I've heard about Google blocking out accounts, it always starts with CAPTCHAs. I didn't get any. I even tried to use different Google account and different seomoz account, but results are still the same.
As for the proxy, I am not using any.

Ok, the problem is average KC is always zero. My computer system is just fine to operate any solfware. Does it have any problem with my moz account. I think they start to charge fee. Still not sure.
