Thank you very much. I am always interested in weight loss or some kind of fitness.
I just took a quick look at some, the sure do love pictures of nice lean body's. Old school sounded like it would be more for older people like me.

ALL of us can use more of this type of information.

I'm sure there's lots of old schoolers, i.e. Baby Boomers here who can definitely use this stuff to get a new body or get their "sexy" back! (not trying to step on anybody's toes but ... just saying). Hehehehe

I think the but I'm 20, 30 40, 50 etc.. really sells it well..
